Puzzle Bobble (Japan, B-System)
Puzzle Bobble, also known as Bust-a-Move in some regions, is a classic puzzle game.
Here's how to play
1. Start the game: You will play completely free in retro games.
2. Understand the layout:
- Colored bubbles are arranged at the top of the screen
- Your character (usually Bub or Bob from Bubble Bobble) is at the bottom with a cannon
3. Basic gameplay:
- Aim the cannon using directional controls
- Shoot bubbles to match three or more of the same color
- Matched bubbles pop and disappear
4. Controls:
- Move the cannon left and right (usually with arrow keys or joystick)
- Fire bubbles (usually with a button press)
- Some versions allow you to see the next bubble color
5. Strategy:
- Try to create chains and combos by popping multiple bubble groups at once
- Clear bubbles strategically to make others fall
6. Winning condition:
- Clear all the bubbles from the screen
