Suika Game

Suika Game, sometimes referred to as Watermelon Game, has become a phenomenon in the gaming industry. This Japanese puzzle video game, created by Aladdin X, combines aspects of merging and falling puzzle games. However, Suika Game, also known as Watermelon Game, did not become a worldwide phenomenon until December 9, 2021, when the Nintendo eShop version of Aladdin X was released in Japan.

Gameplay

The gameplay of Suika Game is extremely addictive despite being quite simple.

Players have to drop and stack different fruits into a box one by one. Here, physics is at work, causing the fruits to roll and move as they are dropped or combined with other fruits.

At the point of contact, two identical fruits combine to form a larger fruit, starting a chain reaction of merging.
As the largest fruit, watermelons not only get the highest score but also take up a significant amount of the container.

The game ends if the fruits overflow from the container. There is no time limit, unlike regular puzzle games, but achieving a high score requires careful planning.
