ESPN NBA Hangtime '95

ESPN NBA HangTime '95 had all 27 NBA teams represented by their top three players at the time, as well as 12 international national teams represented by fictional athletes. In exhibition or seasonal mode, players choose a team and play 2v2 basketball games.
Hangtime plays like NBA Jam and has moves like super spins and pitches that are typical of arcade games. Dan Patrick and Stuart Scott of ESPN show full-motion video clips of the games on Hangtime as well.
