Sonic CD Plus Plus

Sonic CD Plus Plus is a critically acclaimed Sonic plus and platform game. Critics appreciated its size, soundtrack, and time travel elements, but others said it didn't fully utilize the Sega CD. It's Sega CD's best-selling book, selling 1.5 million copies. The game was ported to Windows as part of the Sega PC brand in 1996 and to PS2 and GameCube in 2005. A remake, made by Christian Whitehead utilizing the Retro Engine and released in 2011 for multiple platforms and mobile devices, verifies that the game takes place mid-game original and Sonic 2.
