Sonic for MegaCD

Sonic for MegaCD is a collection of video games made by Sonic Team and put out by Sega for the GameCube in 2002. It is a collection of several Sonic the Hedgehog games that were originally made for the Sega Genesis, as well as a few other games that Sega made for the system.
Director Yojiro Ogawa said that the goal of the compilation was to get younger gamers interested in the original Sonic games. The games are played with an emulator for the Genesis that Sonic Team made. Aside from the games, the compilation has videos and drawings about Sonic, as well as high-resolution scans of the instruction manuals and the covers of Sonic the Hedgehog comics.
