WWF WrestleFest (US set 1)

In 1991, Techns Japan released WWF WrestleFest, a professional wrestling video game starring the stars of the World Wrestling Federation for arcade games (WWF). Techns distributes the game in Japan and North America, while Tecmo distributes it in Japan, Europe, and Australia. It follows on from Techn's previous WWF game, WWF Superstars. WrestleFest adds more types of wrestlers to the roster, as well as improved graphics and sounds, when compared to Superstars. More voice samples are available, including WWF announcer Mike McGuirk's commentary and pre-match intro. Gene Okerlund from Superstars voiced cutscenes were also re-recorded. THQ renamed WWE WrestleFest and launched a recreation of the game for iOS on February 21, 2012, featuring both current and former wrestlers.
