Revenge of Shinobi is part of this collection. The version included is software revision 1.02, which only has the boss fight with Spider-Man. Godzilla and Batman have been replaced with other enemies.

Golden Ax is the only game in the collection that has external CD sound (apart from Columns, but only the title screen song uses CD audio), and it uses the soundtrack of the arcade version. However, it relies heavily on the Mega Drive portal with the voices changed to higher quality ones (aside from the screaming townspeople in Turtle Village, none of them are from the Genesis or Arcade versions).

In the Japanese version, "Streets of Rage" is named after the Western rather than Japanese name "Bare Knuckle. Streets of Rage is generally similar to the Genesis version, apart from the enhanced voice, CD quality.
