Zombie Raid (9/28/95, Japan, prototype PCB)
In January 1995, American Sammy launched Zombie Raid, a horror-themed scrolling light-shooter game for the arcade. Now is the moment to spend some time with me!
The player must shoot zombies and other enemies in five stages before being hit (gunshots, knives, axes, etc.). If you shoot innocent bystanders, you lose health. Destroying gravestones and windows reveals weapon power-ups and bonuses. The player starts with a handgun but can find shotguns, machine guns, and fire rifles. If the player is hit or shoots a bystander, any weapon power-ups are gone. A pump-action shotgun is the player's controller. The player must pump the fore-end to reload when ammunition runs out.
Each stage's boss must be defeated to progress. To reach the game's final boss, the player must find and arrange three colored crystals in the fifth stage. Failure to find or arrange them correctly ends the game, dropping the player's character into a pit of spikes.
Use arrow key and try some key ( Shift, Enter, Z, X, A, S , Q, E, R, T, G, F, H ) to controls the game.
