Warrior Blade - Rastan Saga Episode III (Japan)

In 1991, Taito launched the beat 'em up arcade game Warrior Blade - Rastan Saga Episode III in Japan. It is a battle tool that resembles the Golden Ax and is the sequel to Rastan Saga II. The utilization of multiple displays to depict the action is its key feature. A warrior named Rastan, a mercenary named Dewey, and a thief named Sophia are the three options. Despite only being available in Japan, the text of the game is available in both Japanese and English. Later, the game was rereleased as a component of Taito Memories.
The game offers branching pathways by giving the player a choice of alternative levels at specific moments in the game and uses cutscenes to tell its tale. At the time, these elements were unusual for arcade games.
